The next hearing date for the state compensation lawsuit in the Suraj case has been set.

Monday, June 24th, 2013, 16:00 onwards, Tokyo District Court, Courtroom 705.
This time, the main focus will be on reviewing progress, and they will discuss ensuring the defendant officials' appearance and the outlook for the opinion letter, etc.
After the trial, the defense team will explain the case in a separate room.
There is also expected to be an explanation regarding the matter of requesting a re-decision from the Prosecutorial Review Commission, which has been pending for some time.
