The next hearing date has been set for the national compensation lawsuit in the Suraj case.
The hearing will be held on Monday, June 24, 2013, at 4:00 PM in courtroom 705 of the Tokyo District Court.
This meeting will primarily focus on reviewing progress, including securing the appearance of the defendant's staff and discussing the prospects for the written statement.
After the trial, the defense team will provide an explanation of the case in a separate room.
There will also be an explanation regarding the request for a re-evaluation by the Public Prosecutors' Review Board, which had been pending.
Furthermore, a date has been set for the cross-examination of immigration officials.
The hearing will take place on Friday, September 13, 2013, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Courtroom 706 of the Tokyo District Court.
Although it is a weekday, the questioning of the defendant employee is finally about to begin, so we would like as many people as possible to come and observe.
We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in attending the proceedings on both days.
