Recruiting participants for the series of lectures

Since April 2019, the Immigration Control Act (Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act) has been revised, and Japan has begun to accept a large number of new "foreign workers." This time, we will be holding a five-part series of lectures where we will invite "migrant workers" who are already living in Japan as guests each month, and we will be able to hear about various topics such as Japan's immigration policy and the human rights of foreign workers, in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
We encourage everyone to participate! Reservations are required (limited to 10 people). Please make your reservation by phone (weekdays 2 PM - 6 PM), fax, or email.

First session, September 22nd (Sunday): "The True Faces of Migrant Workers from Ghana" (Completed)
Second session, October 27th (Sunday): "The current situation of migrant workers from the Philippines"
The event is also scheduled to be held on the last Sunday of each month, in November (Myanmar), January 2020 (Bangladesh), and February (China).
Location: APFS Office Time: 3 PM - 5 PM Participation Fee: 500 yen (per session, includes light refreshments)
