Free health checkups for foreign residents (Sunday, August 21st, from 13:30)

You can consult with doctors and nurses about your health concerns for free.

APFS will be offering its annual free health checkup for foreigners. Interpreters are also available.
You can also consult with us about issues related to childbirth, childcare, residency status, and other daily life problems.
No residency status is required. We encourage everyone to participate, so please invite your family and friends and come along!

Date and time: Sunday, August 21, 2016, 13:30-16:00*Registration will close at 3:00 PM.

Contents: Chest X-ray, blood pressure measurement, urinalysis, physical measurements, medical consultation, dental consultation, nutrition consultation, maternal and child health consultation, residence and living consultation

Interpretation: English, Chinese, Tagalog, Nepali, Burmese, French

Location: High Life Plaza Itabashi 2nd Floor Hall
(1 minute walk from the west exit of Itabashi Station on the JR Saikyo Line, 2 minute walk from Exits A2 and A3 of Shin-Itabashi Station on the Toei Mita Line)
