As of 11:00 PM on Friday, October 31, 2014, the project to petition local councils for a society where everyone can have "hope" was successfully approved.
We received 216,000 yen in support from 34 people. Our goal has been achieved at 108%.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the 34 individuals who became our sponsors, everyone who supported us in public relations, and everyone else who cheered us on.
The challenges faced by undocumented foreign residents are urgently needing to be addressed. We will be presenting our petition to the local assembly next week.
The project doesn't end just because the target amount has been reached; it continues indefinitely.
APFS will continue to develop projects under the title "Path to Hope Project," following its previous project of petitioning local councils.
I'm thinking of a project that will connect us with all kinds of people: the elderly, people with disabilities, young people, and so on.
Additionally, on December 14th (Sunday), we will hold an "Activity Report Meeting" focusing on our project to petition local assemblies.
Once the details are finalized,APFS websiteWe will inform you later.
We plan to ship the gifts this week.
To our 34 sponsors, we hope you look forward to its arrival.
Please continue to support APFS in the future.
Thank you so much for everything.
