On July 10, 2013, Mohammed Monir Hosslain (hereinafter referred to as Mr. Monir), a Bangladeshi national, obtained special residence permission.
MONIR had already been issued a deportation order, but a retrial was started and he was granted special permission to stay.

Since October 2012, MONIR has been working as one of 34 people - 17 families and 3 individuals - who are irregularly residing in Japan and seeking special residence permission.
"I was able to get a visa thanks to APFS and everyone," MONIR said.

MONIR had a chronic condition of Hepatitis B. In his unstable residence situation,
MONIR was diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma, and the cancer progressed without him realizing it.
It is no longer feasible to perform surgery.
Dreaming of re-entering Japan, MONIR returned to his home country on July 19, 2013.

It is entirely thanks to everyone's support and cooperation that MONIR was able to obtain special residence permission.
We would like to thank you for your support and cooperation.
The fight continues to follow MONIR's lead and obtain special residence permission.
We appreciate your continued support and cooperation.
