The organization that received the highest praise from the most committee members was the "ASIAN PEOPLE'S FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY" in Tokyo. Foreigners residing in Japan face serious and diverse problems, and this organization has been providing counseling services for 20 years. In the course of this work, the need for stress relief for counselors has become apparent, and this project aims to survey counselors from many organizations engaged in similar activities and build a support system. This is a common problem in various counseling services, and we have high hopes for the results of this citizen research project that has mobilized a wide range of experts.
