We submitted 739 petitions calling for early indictment in the Suraj case to the Chiba District Public Prosecutors Office. Suraj's wife was able to hand them over directly to the prosecutor in charge, Murakami. This time, Prosecutor Murakami only accepted the petitions and did not comment on the timeline for disposing of Suraj's case, but we believe that he was able to understand the weight of the 739 petitions and the feelings of all those who signed them.
