Hello. We have finally launched our crowdfunding campaign, "We want to live in Japan as a family! We need residence status for overstaying foreign families," on the crowdfunding site READYFOR? starting April 13th (Monday)!

Project details
Period: April 13th - June 1st, 23:00
Target amount: 500,000 yen
Activities:
① March 25: Submission of a request to the Ministry of Justice for "special permission to stay in Japan."
② April 29: Holding of the "We want to live in Japan as a family" parade to raise awareness of the problems faced by families of undocumented foreign residents.
③ From March 25th to May 31st, support centers will be established in 10 locations in the communities where families seeking residence status reside.
④ Establish a system that allows supporters and those directly involved to share know-how and information, thereby building a more timely and effective support system.

・The mechanism of the crowdfunding platform READYFOR? and the contents of the redemption voucher
While crowdfunding is still a relatively small market in Japan, it is expected to grow in the future. Generally, there are three types of support: "purchase-based," "investment-based," and "donation-based." The method offered by READYFOR? is "purchase-based." The mechanism is that APFS will give supporters a "voucher" in exchange for receiving their donations. By "purchasing" this voucher, supporters become sponsors, and if we achieve our project goals, they will receive a reward commensurate with their donation amount. However, if the target amount is not reached by even one yen within the fundraising period, all donations will be refunded to the sponsors. The details of the rewards may change slightly, but we will introduce them below.
