Participants are delighted with their certificates

As part of its business, the company has been working on "vocational training for career development for women from multicultural families."
Together with Takashimadaira ACT, we have created a system that allows foreign women to take the "Initial Care Worker Training" course while receiving instruction in the Japanese language.
We asked i Helper School to provide the "Initial Training for Care Workers."

On February 7, 2015, a graduation ceremony was held for those completing the "Initial Training for Care Workers."
At the graduation ceremony, the school principal, Fumichi Inoue, handed out a certificate to each graduate. The graduates all jumped up in joy when they received their certificates. This project started with five students, three Filipino women, one Sri Lankan woman, and one Bangladeshi woman, but the Bangladeshi woman found it difficult to continue, so the graduation ceremony was held with only four students. Some graduates have already received invitations from their training sites to come to their facilities. The four students, who have obtained the qualifications for the initial care worker training, will each have their own hopes and will further develop their careers and play an active role in Japanese society. On the day, NPO Takashimadaira ACT Representative Hizato, Vice Representative Hattori, and APFS Advisor Yoshinari also attended the graduation ceremony. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Principal Inoue and Mr. Yamamoto for taking care of the four students for six months.
