On Sunday, May 15, 2011, the "Water Festival," an event celebrating the Burmese New Year, was held with great fanfare at Hibiya Park.
APFS set up a consultation booth related to residency and daily life in Myanmar. It was a day filled with encounters with many people, including Burmese residents in Japan and university student groups supporting detainees.
