On Saturday, November 30, 2013, the three-day "APFS Oshima Disaster Relief Project"
It finished successfully.
Today, on the third day, I woke up at 5:00 AM to eat samosas (Pakistani vegetable dumplings).
I made 50 of them.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the volunteers at the volunteer center who are working on the front lines of the recovery efforts,
It stemmed from my desire for everyone to taste the flavors of my own country.
Today, many volunteers, including students, are participating in the activities.
Apparently, the samosas disappeared in no time.
They worked until noon and returned safely at 5:00 PM.
I exchanged words with other volunteers at the bathing facility.
Local people would ask me, "When are you coming back?"
I also enjoyed interacting with others during my volunteer work.
Thanks to everyone's support and cooperation, we were able to realize this project.
I hope this has been of some help in the recovery of Oshima Island.
