APFS conducted a survey in the Philippines from Thursday, July 25th to Sunday, July 28th, 2013. The survey was conducted on Filipinos who were repatriated on a chartered flight on Saturday, July 6th.
During my four-day stay, I was able to speak to 12 people (10 men, 1 woman, and 1 child) involved in the issue. In addition, on Friday the 26th, I held a press conference with two of the people involved in the issue. The press conference was attended by many media outlets, both Japanese and overseas.

In addition to hearing from the parties involved, we also visited the DFA (Department of Foreign Affairs) and the CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas).
We will continue to examine and analyze the survey results and plan to compile a report in the near future. We were able to complete the survey in a short period of time thanks to the cooperation of many people, including Filipinos living in Japan. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who cooperated with us.
