ASIAN PEOPLE'S FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY (APFS), a specified non-profit organization.

The non-profit organization ASIAN PEOPLE'S FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY (APFS), in collaboration with ASAJ (Arakan Social Association Japan), held a charity concert.

This charity concert was held by Arakan people (one of the ethnic groups of Myanmar) living in Japan with the aim of supporting Arakan people living in Myanmar. Seven artists, including Nay Toe, one of Myanmar's most famous actors, came to Japan for the event.

The charity concert began after a moment of silence for those who lost their lives in the earthquake that struck off the coast of Ibaraki Prefecture in the Tohoku region on Friday, March 11th. Due to the effects of the earthquake and other factors, there was a time when it was uncertain whether the concert would be held, but thanks to the combined efforts of the performing artists and staff, and the courage of the many people who came despite the continuing aftershocks, the charity concert was a great success.

All proceeds from this charity concert will be donated to 1) medical students in Myanmar, 2) outstanding students who will go on to university, and 3) children's welfare facilities.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who cooperated with us.
