This coming August 21, APFS and Service for Health Asian and African Region (SHARE) will hold free medical checkup as usual. Every foreigner is able to undergo it. We can prepare a translator. We will not ask about your visa status. You can also consult about child birth and rearing, visa or life problems. We hope many foreigners participate in. So please invite your families and friends to it.
●Date: Sunday 21 August, 2016 1:30-4:00PM ※The acceptance time is until 3:00PM.
●Substance: X-ray of the chest, Blood pressure measurement, Urine test, Physical examination, Medical consultation, Dental consultation, Nutrition consultation, Consultation on child and mother’s health, Consultation on VISA and daily lives.
●Interpretation: English, Chinese, Tagalog, Burmese, Nepali and French
●Venue: Hairaifu-Plaza Itabashi 2F Hall (Itabashi-ku, Itabashi 1-55-16)
（1 minute walk from west exit of Itabashi station on JR Saikyo line or 3 minutes walk from A2, A3 exits of Shin-Itabashi station on Toei-chikatetsu Mita line）
