Starting in July 2012, a new system called the "Residence Card" will replace the Alien Registration Card. What exactly is this "Residence Card"? And who will be able to obtain one? I'm sure many of you have questions about this new system.
In this lecture, Yukiko Omachi will teach us about the new system. Let's all learn about the new system together. Dr. Yamamura will also talk about the impact on foreign mothers and children in particular.
