We participated in the 12th Curry Festival & Boishakhi Mela.

On Sunday, April 17, 2011, the 12th annual Bangladeshi New Year celebration festival, "Curry Festival & Bangladesh Boishakhi Mela" was held at Ikebukuro West Exit Park. In addition to the usual annual curry stalls, local product sales, and dancing and singing performances, what was particularly impressive was the charity program in response to the Great East Japan Earthquake. Money raised through this program will be donated to the disaster-stricken areas via Toshima Ward. APFS also set up a booth where people could get advice on visas, daily life, and other matters.
