In proposing the bill, we will review the activities of fiscal year 2009,
We discussed future directions.
The following direction has been approved:
1. Regarding the regularization of undocumented foreign residents
Without excluding undocumented foreigners and their families, and based on our past experience
We will continue to pass on our knowledge and provide support under the new system.
2. Towards the establishment of APFS as a specified non-profit organization (NPO)
APFS became a non-profit organization in July 2010.
For the past 20 years or so, APFS, a non-profit organization, has been working with foreign residents and Japanese residents.
They have upheld the philosophy of "mutual aid and cooperation."
Based on this philosophy, all assets, property, and other resources belong to the NPO APFS.
It will be passed on.
3. Regarding the expansion of consultation topics
We will continue to aim for "solution-oriented consultations."
In addition to residency-related matters, we also provide appropriate advice on living, education, and employment.
To make it possible.
4. Regarding penetration into the local community
Currently, most of the consultations come from outside Itabashi Ward.
Nearly 20,000 foreigners live in Itabashi Ward.
They may have a potential need for counseling.
To raise awareness of the organization's activities among foreigners in Itabashi Ward.
5. Securing financial resources
Instead of relying on grant income, we will strive to increase membership fees and donations.
