Suraj National Compensation: Witness Examination Schedule Set

Suraj during his lifetime

The date for the next hearing (location check) in the Suraj National Compensation Lawsuit has been set.

[Suraj national compensation lawsuit, location inquiry]
Date and Time: From 13:00 on September 14, 2015
Location: At a courthouse in Nagoya (closed to the public)

A "location-based questioning" is a method of questioning a witness at their location rather than summoning them to appear in court. This time, the questioning will take place in Nagoya, where Dr. Katsumata resides, as he submitted the government's opinion statement in the appeal trial. As this is an unofficial hearing, it will not be open to the public, but we will report on the details on the APFS website and blog.

We would appreciate your continued interest in the Suraj case.
