Starting in July 2012, a new system called "Residence Card" will be introduced to replace the Alien Registration Card. What is this "Residence Card"? And who will have a residence card? I'm sure you all have a lot of questions about this new system.
In this course, Yukiko Omagari will teach us about the new system. Let's all study the new system together. Dr. Yamamura will also talk about the impact on foreign mothers and children in particular.
