Number of participants: Approximately 70 people
————————————————————–

In proposing the agenda, we will look back on our activities in fiscal 2009.
We discussed future directions.

The following future directions were approved:

1. Regularization of undocumented foreign residents
We will not exclude undocumented foreigners and their families, but will take into account our past experiences and
We will pass on this knowledge to the new system and continue to provide support.

2. Towards the birth of APFS as a non-profit organization (NPO)
APFS became an NPO in July 2010.
For the past 20 years, APFS, a voluntary organization, has been working to support foreign and Japanese residents.
We have upheld the philosophy of "mutual aid and cooperation."
This philosophy, assets, property and other resources will all be entrusted to APFS, a non-profit organization.
To be taken over.

3. Expansion of consultation content
We will continue to aim for "solution-oriented consultation."
Providing appropriate advice on residence, life, education, employment, etc.
To make it possible.

4. Penetration into the local community
Currently, most of the consultations are from outside Itabashi Ward,
There are nearly 20,000 foreigners living in Itabashi Ward.
There may be a potential need for counseling.
Raise awareness of the group's activities among foreigners living in Itabashi Ward.

5. Securing financial resources
Instead of relying on grant income, we will strive to increase membership fees and donations.

[Annual Policy]
Let's prepare together for the new system!
○Let's appeal to society through our small activities!
○Let's penetrate the local community!
