Regarding the results of the investigation into unauthorized access to email addresses

Last April, it was discovered that our organization's email address at the time may have been accessed illegally. After a thorough investigation, the full extent of the incident has been largely clarified.
This unauthorized access included the names of four individuals, one of whom was subjected to baseless slander and defamation. Given the seriousness of the matter, our organization considered filing a complaint with the relevant authorities, but considering that appropriate measures have already been taken after the incident, and taking into account the social standing of the person who committed the unauthorized access, we have decided to conclude the investigation without disclosing the full details of this case.
We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience caused to all parties involved due to shortcomings in our organization's management system. Based on this investigation, we are building a robust system to prevent such unauthorized access from happening again.
