The specified non-profit organization ASIAN PEOPLE'S FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY (hereinafter referred to as APFS) recognizes the importance of personal information and will promote the following initiatives to ensure its thorough protection.

Collection of personal information

APFS will clearly define the purpose of use when collecting personal information and will use lawful and appropriate means to the extent necessary to achieve that purpose.

Use of personal information

APFS will not use personal information for any purpose other than those for which it was collected.

Provision of personal information to third parties

APFS will not provide personal information to third parties except with the consent of the individual concerned or as permitted by law.

Management and protection of personal information

APFS will take necessary security measures to ensure the proper management of personal information, including preventing unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information under its management. Furthermore, when entrusting the handling of personal information to a third party, APFS will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to the entrusted party.

Regarding the revision of the Privacy Policy

APFS may revise its Privacy Policy periodically or as needed to ensure the accurate and secure handling of personal information.
