APFS's immediate plans for the movement (we will focus on the Suraj case)

We also held a demonstration immediately after Mr. Suraj's death.

APFS believes that the Tokyo District Court will issue a "victory" ruling in the "Suraju Case State Compensation Claim Lawsuit" on March 19, 2014.
Anticipating that the government would appeal if a "victory" verdict was issued,We will focus our efforts on campaigns related to Ms. Suraj for the time being, including a petition urging her not to appeal.

There are still many other things that need to be done, such as campaigns to help families of undocumented immigrants and various activities aimed at creating a multicultural society.
We will address these issues sequentially after the series of events surrounding the Suraj case.
