On Sunday, January 25th, we held our third mental health consultation session (the date was changed due to various circumstances). Attendees included individuals from the Philippines, Myanmar, and India. Those on provisional release consulted us about their depression and insomnia due to the uncertainty of the future, and we discussed how to cope with and think about these kinds of problems that cannot be resolved immediately. Each person was given an hour for consultation, and although some were already receiving medical treatment, they seemed to have been able to talk about their pent-up feelings to some extent, and some looked relieved after the session.
The next session in February is already fully booked, but there are still openings for the session on March 22nd (Sunday). If you are interested, please contact us.
