Since its establishment in 1987, APFS has provided a wide range of support to foreign residents. Last year, in collaboration with the specified non-profit organization ASIAN COMMUNITY TAKASHIMADAIRA, APFS conducted training and courses for foreign residents under the title of "Comprehensive Support Project for the Independence of Foreign Residents," exploring ways for foreign residents to find employment in industries such as nursing care.
On March 5, 2016 (Saturday), we held an international symposium entitled "Challenges in Sending Caregiving Personnel and Support for Foreign Residents - Learning from the Experiences of the Philippines and Indonesia," which was attended by approximately 90 people, including participants from overseas. The report on our activities during fiscal year 2015 has been completed. It can also be downloaded from our website. Please take a look.
