Free health check-up for foreign residents (held on August 2nd)

You can consult a doctor about your physical problems for free.

APFS provides free health checkups to foreigners.
There are no restrictions on visa status. Please come and invite your family, friends, and everyone else so that we can have as many people as possible participate.

Date and time: Sunday, August 2, 2015 10:30-16:00 (※Registration closes at 15:00)
Contents: Chest X-ray, blood pressure measurement, urine test, physical measurements, medical consultation, dental consultation, lifestyle consultation
Interpretation: English, Tagalog, Burmese, Bengali, Nepali, French (planned)
Location: High Life Plaza Itabashi 2nd floor hall
Access: 1 minute walk from the west exit of Itabashi Station on the JR Saikyo Line
3 minutes walk from Shin-Itabashi Station on the Toei Mita Line, exit A2 or A3
