APFS makes it a point to hold regular discussions with relevant government ministries and agencies.
On Wednesday, May 19th, we held negotiations with the Ministry of Justice.

APFS has made the following four requests:
1. Please grant me special permission to stay
2. Please clarify how the guidelines regarding special permission to stay will be implemented
3. Please explain the circumstances surrounding the death of Mr. ABUBAKAR AWUDU SURAJ.
4. Please explain why the retrial of Mr. ABUBAKAR AWUDU SURAJ was not started.

The first and second points are from the revised version of the "Guidelines for Special Permission to Stay"

In light of the above guidelines, even among foreign families with apparently similar conditions,

Some families are wondering, "Why aren't we recognized?"
APFS has taken into consideration the "positive elements" of the guidelines,
