APFS (NGO) will hold free legal consultation for foreign residents by lawyer on 31st October.
You can consult to the lawyer for 30 minutes.
Visas, marriage and divorces, succession, debt, real estate problem, traffic accidents etc, anythings are acceptable.
The fee is totally free. English interpretation is available, too.
