The “Water Sprinkling Festival” which celebrates the Burmese New Year was held on May 15th 2011 in the Hibiya Park. APFS had a booth for consultation of visa and everyday life matters. It was a day to meet many people such as Burmese people living in Japan or a group of university students supporting detained persons.
