Asian cooking class

APFS organized “Asian Cooking Class” during June to November, 2009.

In the Filipino cooking class, we made Kaldereta and Banana spring rolls, and in the Burmese class, coconuts jelly and Burmese style dipping noodles. We made fish curry and Misty (Bangladeshi sweets) in the Bangladeshi class. The lecturers from each country taught Japanese participants how to cook home-style dishes of their country as well as they taught their own cultures. We also had Japanese food cooking class for foreigners.
