In Japan, have designated the 7 days, that include December 10 as last day, as Human Rights Week to promote importance of “the Universal Declaration of Human Rights”.
In this year, in Human Rights Week, APFS opens “hot-line” to protect human rights of foreign residents in Japan. We offer consultation for foreign residents for 27 years.

Monday, December 8 from 10.00am to 3.00pm,
Tuesday, December 9 from 11.00am to 3.00pm,
Wednesday, December 10 from 11.00am to 2.30pm.

Our consultants speak Japanese and English.
But our service will be also available in Chinese, Korean and Tagalog.
