The late Mr. Suraj
March 22nd, 2011 is the first anniversary of the death of Mr. Suraj, a Ghanaian man who died during deportation on March 22nd, 2010. Scheduled to this anniversary, we will submit demand letters to the Chiba District Attorney’s Office to push for a swift prosecution by trial.
At present, due to the confusion after the earthquake, the collection of demand letters is not going well, so please help us! Do not forget to let others know about it too if you think that they may be interested.
We planned the submission to March 22nd but under the influence of the earthquake it will be postponed. We are still waiting for the letters at the A. P. F. S. office either by fax (03-3579-0197) or by mail (56-6-301 Oyama Higashi-machi, Itabashi Ward, Tokyo 173-0014). Thank you for your support.
